Members must ensure that patients will receive medication in an appropriate container that is properly labeled and the label includes: a) Patient Name b) Name of medication and strength c) Quantity dispensed d) Clear instructions on how to use the medicine e) Date of dispensing f) Name, city and country of Dispensing partner
